Filling Particle Tool

Filling Particle Tool is a tool to generate initial structures with dispersed nanoparticles.
It can generate lattice-like particles in aggregated structures such as rectangles, spheres, and ellipsoids.
The generated particle data can be used for OCTA simulations (KAPSEL/SUSHI/MUFFIN, etc.).

Basic functions

  • - Function to generate particle coordinates
Supports particle generation within the frame of a rectangular, spherical, ellipsoid, or structural mesh.
Supports specification of particle radius, filling ratio, number of particle connections, crystal lattice type, etc.
Histogram of coordination number can be displayed after generation.
  • - Editing function
Translation and rotation of the generated particles can be performed by selecting a group of particles.
  • - File output function
It is possible to output in text format or in UDF format (KAPSEL/SUSHI/MUFFIN).
